Cancellation Policy
You have a one-hour window to cancel orders via the account section on our website. After this time, cancellations will not be possible. Prepaid orders cancelled within this hour will receive a full refund, which will be processed within 24-48 business hours upon request approval.
Return Policy
You may place a return request within 24 hours from the date of delivery. When a shipment is returned after it has been delivered, your return request may be approved based on the quality checks conducted by our team. The refund will be initiated once the product(s) have been picked up from your location.
Within 24-48 business hours of us picking up the product(s) from your location, the refund for purchases made with credit/debit cards or net banking will be credited to the same account from which the payment was made. The amount may not appear in your account for another 3-7 working days. For orders paid through cash on delivery, the amount will be refunded to your bank account after the details have been collected by us.
Note: Gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Refunds, Replacements, and Returns
Return requests can be made for part or all of your order. Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
- Product(s) were spoiled or damaged during transit.
- Product(s) arrived in damaged packaging.
- An incorrect product was delivered.
